Imposing hotel, clean, with polite staff in all areas. Extremely comfy beds for a good night sleep. Satisfactory breakfast and delightful food. Location adjacent to Fleetwood as well as the Seafront. Also, to me everything is moving in the right direction.

Lovely staff. The hotel was a little tired but the cleanliness was impecable. Great price so was value for money. Lovely breakfast. Plenty of choice on bar menu and brilliant prices on food and really reasonable for drinks in the hotel bar. It's my second time at the hotel as I have friends in the area and I'll definately use it again.

Sea view rooms, historical architecture, ample natural light in rooms
Rooms feel outdated with tired decor!!! Housekeeping could use improvement in consistency and attention to detail!!! Overall maintenance appears neglected, especially in communal areas like stairs and carpet.

The location was good to travel around and visit nearby beaches.
We understand that the hotel is old and has a lot of history, however, it appeared to be "tired" and in need of extra care to make it vibrant and appealing. It is a shame that the reception area is hidden away from view - on arriving at the hotel it was a little confusing to see stairways and doorways etc before actually finding the reception.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Pianno playing during our meal was lovely. Well positioned beautiful hotel.
The bedroom was dated in it's decor.

Pleasant reception staff and that breakfast could be taken as late as 11 am was much appreciated.

Easy parking, sea view, comfortable bed, good size room, good breakfast, draught beer available in the bar
the place was fairly run down, there were renovation works in progress but I was not warned in advance, breakfast service was rather haphazard

I usually enoy my stay with you, but this time I was taken ill and had to leave before I should have done
I was taken very ill and could not stay for the designated period. I went to reception to hand my key in and to explain that I was ill The man took the keys, never asked (or cared) how I was going to get home, even thoughh we had an hour bus journey to the station, then two trains and a bus journrey to arrive, I would have thought he would have asked if we were OK. Even though we had paid for an other night and braeakfast he didnot offer a refund or even a word of comfort for this hotel this wa s bad

The booking had not been forwarded by the booking agency but the receptionist was helpful in sorting this. The view from bedroom was lovely but the decor was shabby and the ro needed an update and upgrade.

We loved the sea view from our room! The location was perfect, with easy access to Fleetwood Golf Club for a fun day outdoors. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel were delicious, and the staff were very good too, especially thanks to Samantha at reception.
My kids wished for a warmer lounge area as it felt freezing .
